Welcome to the United Association Local 325<\/strong><\/p>\n

UA Local 325 is proud to represent the highly skilled brothers and sisters in the Steamfitting, Plumbing, Welding, Instrumentation Technicians and Metal Trades.<\/p>\n

We are stronger together working in solidarity to build a strong future for our brothers and sisters.\u00a0 The Standard of Excellence is our pledge to maintain the highest standards of excellence in all that we do.\u00a0 We offer ongoing training for the growth and development of all our brothers and sisters to enhance their skills and maximize their employability, so they remain competitive in an ever-growing industry. Local 325 provides an encouraging environment that inspires members to reach their full potential.<\/p>\n

\u201cBuilt on Excellence\u201d the standard for safety is driven from the UA\u2019s core value in which we believe that every worker has a right to go home from the job in the same shape as when he or she arrived at the workplace. Safety is the highest priority of the UA.<\/p>\n

Our members can be found everywhere. We are industrial, institutional, commercial and residential. You will find us in the energy sector, in infrastructure, shipyards, mining and oil & gas. Our members can do it all!<\/p>\n
